Totum Golf is a specialized movement evaluation conducted by Dr. Anthony Kelley, who in addition to being a chiropractor, specializes in helping golfers move and perform better. This evaluation is designed to capture an athlete’s capability to efficiently move their body. The golf swing is a movement that requires incredible accuracy of multiple moving parts, in order to deliver the club at the exact right point. Dr. Kelley has been trained via the Titliest Performance Institute along with the Gray Institute, in specifically working with golfers and their movement ailments.
Golfers find that they are better suited for more rounds following adherence to guidance with their off the links programming. Totum Golf’s tailored approach fits your individual needs by first examining how your body moves.
The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer, because efficiency is unique to their body. To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and a client history.

Injuries in sports, but especially notable in golf, take place when body part has to “compensate”. Our bodies are referred to as a “kinetic chain” of parts that depend when (timing) and where (joint position) things are determining the outcome of movement. In golf, every millisecond matters.
Based on evaluation results, strengths and weaknesses are determined for the client and appropriate exercise programs and resources are provided.

” The purpose of screening is to give us a snapshot of where our athlete is where they need to go and what we should focus on to get the most out of their time with you” – Jason Glassman (TPI instructor)
